challenge
Teenagers face growing pressure from school, social media, and an uncertain future. Prolonged stress can affect mental and physical wellbeing, while a lack of accessible tools for prevention and self awareness can make it harder to cope with these challenges.

Transform Gen Z’s stress into self-awareness & healthy habits. The goal is preventing chronic illness, rather than treating it afterwards.
ideas & goals
Hikāri empowers a generation caught between pressure to perform and constant overwhelm to take control of their health – proactively, intuitively, and for the longterm. The system combines a smart ring and an app to detect strain before it becomes noticeable and guide users back into balance. The ring measures bio- markers such as HRV and electrodermal activity, while the app translates this data into personalized, actionable guidance.
