Lichtspielhaus

  • At Lichtspielhaus, light becomes part of the architecture (»Lichtspielhaus« is German for »cinema«). Reflective lettering captures its surroundings and turns them into a constantly changing art installation – a play of reflections that connects the building, its context, and the artwork within it.

The reflective lettering of the installation echoes the building’s own reflective artwork, creating a visual dialogue between the architecture, its surroundings, and the changing light of the day.
