Two aesthetes – one marriage. One a designer – the other an optician. Both have an eye for detail. Clean lines – yet with a touch of nostalgia, like that found on the streets of New York. The card's form seems deceptively simple – so natural, as if it had always been this way. Compact and everything in its place – so that a reply is quick to follow. It doesn't clamor for attention, but quietly revels in its elegance. And only in the right light does the paper unfold its full beauty, allowing us to revel in bygone eras. A forward-looking design object – which never forgets its origins.

Nominated for the Gmund Award 2023.
